Sam Chaligoj has worked in healthcare as a nurse for over 9 years. She completed her Bachelors of Nursing at the University of Arkansas, and then went on to work as an ICU Nurse for 5 years. While working as a nurse she completed her Masters of Nursing through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She has spent the last 4 years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner with work in Internal Medicine as well. Sam has cared for patients from infancy through their lifespan treating a range of both chronic and acute conditions. She specializes in health prevention and management of chronic illnesses including heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, respiratory diseases, mental illness, migraines and weight management. Sam loves to build relationships with her patients and strives to create a trusting bond between patient and provider. She is looking forward to growing the family medicine practice through NWA Health Solutions and being able to offer patients comprehensive care from multiple healthcare disciplines.
Sam is originally from Missouri but has lived in Arkansas for almost 20 years. She currently lives in Bentonville with her husband Jordan and their yellow lab Frank. Sam and her family spend most of their time on the lake or doing outdoor activities as much as possible. She loves to be active and take advantage of all the amazing activities NWA has to offer.
